Most of the time these people are overseeing the things that you are doing. they sometimes also care for your personal life. Some of them might good and some of course are not. Some really care to their job and some are just there to work.
I learned so many things in dealing with different superior. in the beggining as we do not know them yet lets try to do the right things, the standard and little by little understand their personality and do things the way they wanted.
I remember my boss in the restaurant where I worked as a service crew. She is really good to the guest, but for the employee he is really strict as she is not approachable. But as time passed by i learned how to deal with him, I do things right, the standard. I become a yes mam to her. til tyhe time comes and she likes me. and i got a promotion and another one and so on. and i can talk to her nicely.
And that is what i have said to the other collegue, at least do the standard when she's there. be nice at least with her.
maybe you'll become really nice.
very important. NEVER ARGUE WITH YOUR SUPERIOR. maybe you are right but keep it with your self. find the correct time to explain your point. not on the time that he or she is mad.
